Right of Withdrawal In accordance with consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your online purchase.

We offer a 30‑day return policy for our jewels, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@jewzel.com. If your return is accepted, return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer. However, if all return conditions are met, we may provide you with a prepaid return label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong product, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the product once your return has been approved, and then place a new order separately.

Refunds Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund. Alternatively, we may offer a refund in the form of a store credit.
